Tom:
" There is a breaking news on the New York political scene. And joining us right now to tell us about it we have Leonard Roberto. With primary challenge and Leonard a -- news conference coming up with in the hour at which you're going to make a very dramatic. Call her and walked.
Leonard:
" Yeah that it's in the project that primary -- the working on for. Our neighborhood of five or six months. Recognizing the -- deficiencies of the current political system and the chances that they actually getting reform. We started examining what it would take to actually abolish the existing government of New York. And reestablishing new government under -- attitude. And we are prepared to announce that today we are going to. Formally. Put in place. A referendum. Which will take place in May of next year. Assuming all the he can get put in place and ask the citizens to vote to actually abolished the government of New York."
Tom:
" Okay and to people who have may become a half listening this sounds I'm sure to them like crazy talk."
Leonard:
" Well yes so did founding in the nation about 200 years ago. But you know. This is this is well within the rights of the people all fifty state institutions. And the declaration of independence affirmed -- That when that people perceive their government to be oppressive. They have the right to abolish. And so that's what we're going to do -- call on the people of New York. Two with a single voice. From end and the state to abolish this government it's completely corrupt actually criminal."
Tom:
" I -- I I agree with Europe and on this tangent now for awhile but."
Leonard:
" We have been listening to you and everytime I hear you like say you're gonna love this -- of this stuff."
Tom:
" I I don't know but here's the problem is icy Atlantic this system is so corrupt the system is so and -- this system is so West Virginia. Bat well yeah so West Virginia vet. The the people in power are not going to relinquish it without a fight. Even -- to say that even if you're referendum passes and voters across this state say yes let's -- New York State government and let's start afresh you know that they will try to ground you down with endless court challenges in lawyers' committee's."
Leonard:
" Okay well let you know we're pretty we're gonna be prepared for it I mean the big hurdle is to get. Our number is four point seven million people. To participate in the election or India referendum. That number exceed the number of people who participated in all at gubernatorial election. The state would have lost moral and legal. Authority to govern. And who are they gonna go to the courts them by the will of the people have been abolished. State government itself doesn't exist they don't have standing anymore but people are the authority in this state in every state. And that without their consent these people have no legal ground to do it. And if we get to. Our plan is to. Petitions not petitions but actually. Go to the county executive and county sheriff's of the sixty counties in New York. 62 gotten. Of New York and prepared them to physically remove these people opposite the referendum passes."
Tom:
" Well this this also hauntingly familiar land say. But you know one of the things a lot of the things though that that I gotta tell you knowing the way these politicians are knowing the way the system is. Remember you brought up the revolution the American revolution just few minutes ago. And it's not like Thomas Jefferson said OK guess what we're independent and here's why were independent -- later king George it didn't happen that way they had the fight for blood had to be shed. By the patriots for our independence as a nation to be recognized it was something that was earned by right of battle."
Leonard
" Well -- and know what no one here is naive. And -- we're not believing that these people are gonna roll and play dead in hand a piece of the castle. But we're gonna do. Everything within -- Pollard. Two execute its plan. And it's peaceful fashion as possible. If they choose. After five million people participate in this referendum and voice their opinion to remove them from office I don't think we'll have any trouble at all. Physically removing them from off."
Tom:
" let me let Guerrero. Remote -- with primary challenge wants to abolish New York State government and and they've got the news conference coming up but just walk us through the -- the game plan how -- going to work how can people get more information."
Leonard:
" Well the first thing that India's go to the primary challenge web site which is a primary challenge or. We have a new portal -- like this week. So they can they can log -- and registered. There's a way to volunteer at any county coordinator -- or mayors we're going to have to elect. The find out locations for the ballots to exceed the gathered in people to vote in all of that means a lot more work -- get it on. We have a lot more. Volunteers that we get to get to participate in this process but. And we're also going to continue to process that we are currently on to participate in the corrupt and I'll process that we get now. But our goal our ultimate goal is in May of next year. Ten. -- the -- people the opportunity to. Remove all every single legislator and judge."
